Joseph Schafstall founded Crestline Fiduciary Services after a career in real estate development, investment, and consulting. Over more than three decades, he has been involved in the planning and execution of complex development projects, with responsibilities that included financial analysis, contract negotiation, project oversight, risk management, and coordination among multiple stakeholders.
His experience evaluating investments, managing assets, and navigating regulatory and financial requirements provides a strong foundation for fiduciary work, particularly in matters involving real estate.
In addition to his fiduciary practice, Joseph remains available for select consulting and advisory assignments in real estate, development, and asset management.
Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Duke University, majoring in Civil Engineering and Economics, and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
Originally from Indiana, Joseph has lived in San Diego for more than 25 years. He and his wife have been married for 27 years and raised their family in the community.
